Dream Come True

Have you ever dreamed of going to the dealership, buying a car, and taking it to a shop and just installing anything and everything you can?  Well Dave Kloceks did! Dave bought a brand new 2011 sexy Subaru WRX Sti and drove from the dealership right to us.  As we started working on her we had just finished installing a front mount, a Tail BOV, a brand new full exhaust, a KSTEC Intake, and an up pipe with external wastegate when my phone rang and it was Ryan at Moore Performance.  He was looking for an STI to test a proto type set up. Talk about being in the right sport at the right time! Dave gave us the go ahead and we called in the troops.  We removed the motor and a new set of CP Pistons and Manley rods went in as well as getting it blue printed. We also did a TGV deletes.  An ATC 6 puck disk was installed and we took the new intercooler off and replaced it with an ever better AMS front mount kit. After all that was installed Ryan came by and helped install his prototype kit which was a custom twin scroll set up utilizing an Evo flanged FP Red which was ported by Curt Brown.

After this brand new car was put back together we strapped her down to our all wheel mustang dyno and called in Nate from TPG Tuning.  After a few hours of tuning we finally got to its max 420whp and 370wtq at 28psi. After this great tune by Nate from TPG Tuning, We all decided to take this brand new machine to the track. Nate Piloted Dave’s STI to a 11.36 at 118MPH. Dave’s car will be back in the shop shortly to install twin pumps and tune for corn!
